TMZ is claiming that deceased rapper Tupac Shakur has been spotted in New Orleans.  The rapper was shot and killed 13 years ago in Las Vegas, but many fans believe he is alive and well.  Tupac “sightings” happen all the time- just last month ago a Tupac sighting happened at a Lil’ Wayne concert.

Hard to believe I know, but this week it was reported that the Louisiana authorities are investigating how cash that was removed by an assistant District Attorney last year is now missing.  Stolen evidence, New Orleans….get out town!
