Bush Gets the Boot, or was it a shoe?

This weekend an Iraqi journalist threw both of his shoes at George W Bush during a news conference with Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki. Bush thought it was weird but also touted it as an example of freedom of expression. Does that mean we can express ourselves in the same manner here in the US? I’m thinking a dunking tank followed by an eviction notice
